On September 17-18, 2014, Dr. Okafor participated in the World Peace Summit tagged “The Summit for the World Alliance for Religions of Peace” in Seoul South Korea. Her paper was entitled” Women as Peacemakers: The African Example”

Dr. Okafor was the distinguished speaker at a social issue forum Bring Back our Peace Now event hosted by the Heavenly Culture, World Peace and Restoration of Light on Thursday May 22, 2014 at the Carson Event Center Carson California. History of Racism – CSU Fullerton

Dr. Okafor was a special guest at California State University Fullerton on Tuesday March 20, 2012. She spoke to students and faculty including Dr. Lezlee Hinesmon-Matthews History of Racism class. She also spoke at the Women’s Resource Center of the university on the same day.
